At GardenPro Academy, we stand behind the quality of our gardening education. If you're not completely satisfied with your course experience, we offer a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of course purchase
- You have completed less than 25% of the course content
- Technical issues prevent course access (we'll first attempt to resolve)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Courses completed more than 25%
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase
- Physical materials or seeds (if applicable to course package)
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your enrollment details and reason for refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for students who have legitimate concerns about course content.
Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to a different course season or format, subject to availability and price differences.
